POLICIES & SHIPPING
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days for a full refund of the purchase price (you are responsible for return freight), provided the rug is not soiled or damaged.
Payment Methods: For online orders, we accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express. If you would like to order by phone, in addition to Visa, Master Card, or American Express, we can arrange payment via personal or corporate check, cash, or money order.
Shipping: We pay freight, from our store to your home or place of business using FedEx Ground, anywhere in the “lower 48” states. You may specify and pay for other types of delivery service from within our checkout process or by calling our toll-free number.
Returns: We sell only top-quality, handmade rugs, plus we understand that you need to see a rug in your home before you make a final decision. That is why we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders.
Damage in Shipment: If you feel your shipment has been damaged by the carrier, please open and inspect in the presence of the driver (if possible) before signing. Either refuse the shipment or document problems right then and there. Contact the carrier immediately if the driver is not available.
Sales Tax: There is no sales tax charged, unless you live within Arizona (8.1%).
